Kat Wyeth
Director, Senior Psychologist
Hi there, I am Kat.
I am the Director + Senior Psychologist of the Psych Collaborative and I so thrilled you are here.
My aim as a Psychologist is to ensure you feel completely comfortable in taking the first step to seeking support. I have a nurturing, safe and compassionate approach.
I love to learn how you came to be you.
By understanding your story, I can work with you to create change by providing practical strategies to care for your mental health. I also strongly advocate for a holistic approach to your psychological wellbeing, such as recognising the importance of all areas of your life (relationships, work life balance, sleep, diet, exercise, spirituality), as well as utilising mindfulness as a tool to support therapy.
The women I work the most closely with is high achieving women and adult ADHD. I also love working with mothers navigating the highs and lows of motherhood.
I am neuro-affirming and work with clients of different ages, across different cultures and sexual orientations.
What I can help with:
- How to manage your anxiety holistically by providing you the why, so you can move forward with the how
- Supporting you through fertility challenges & pre-natal support
- How to find your spark as a mother
- How to step out of cycles of overachievement and give you permission to find you again
- How to calm and regulate your nervous system
- How to break through patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism + imposter syndrome
- How to get out of the burnout cycle
- Understanding and working with your adult ADHD (not against it!)
- Wanting to work through patterns that don’t serve you via thought work and nervous system work

I am currently into a very random mix of Djo, Lorde and Gracie Abrams and LOVE revisiting my old playlists (the 1975)
